Some transactions must be recorded manually as Billogram are unable to record them in the reports.

The following transactions are not recorded:

  1. If you credit an amount that is already paid, we cannot record the payment you make to your customer. The credit itself is recorded, however. 
  2. Foreign payments made to your bank account using IBAN and BIC are not automatically recorded since we cannot check to ensure the money is received. When you enter the payment as 'Cash payment', these payments will be recorded, however. 
  3. Payments made on sold invoices.
